Our services essentially involve these two options:
1. Hourly consultations This is useful for homeowners who want general guidance, some ideas and options, and a quick sketch of design recommendations.
2. Design packages This includes:
- an initial consultation (about 1 1/2 hours) to get to know your concerns and property well, to be able to customize the design specifically to your wants and needs
- measuring the property in detail
- mapping everything to scale
- drawing preliminary designs
- meeting again to go over all the options with you
- preparing a final design, along with a plant list and materials list
If you start with an hourly consultation, but later want a design package, we apply the consultation fee to the cost of the design.
Once you have a design, you can install it yourself or have it professionally built. We do plant selection and planting, build drip irrigation, lay mulch and install outdoor lighting. We can recommend trusted business partners who can build the other parts of the landscape for you.
