Hourly consultations   – best for homeowners who want general guidance,  ideas and options, and a quick sketch of design recommendations.
Design packages  –  These include:
  • an initial consultation (about 1 1/2 hours) to get to know your concerns and property well, so we can customize the design specifically to your wants and needs
  • measuring the property in detail
  • mapping everything to scale
  • drawing preliminary designs (concept drawings)
  • meeting again to go over all the options with you (1-2 hours)
  • preparing a final design, along with a detailed plant list and materials list
  • a final meeting to present the design and supporting documents, and answer any questions you have
If you start with an hourly consultation and later want a design package, we apply the consultation fee to the cost of the design.
All our designs are fully hand drawn, one-of-a-kind creations.
Once you have a design, you can install it yourself or have it professionally built by the landscaper of your choice.
